What we collect
When you buy something we collect your name, email address and billing details, because we cannot take a payment or send you your files without them. If you use the contact form we keep what you wrote and the address you wrote it from.
Card details
We never receive your full card number. Payment fields are rendered by Stripe and your card details go directly to Stripe, who process the payment on our behalf. We see only the outcome of the charge and the last four digits.
Your cart
Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage until you check out. While an order is open we set a short-lived cookie holding that encrypted order so the checkout can read it. It is cleared as soon as the order completes.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics and advertising pixels to understand which pages people arrive on and whether an advert led to a sale. Where those are enabled they set their own cookies and receive the page you visited and, on purchase, the order value. You can block them with your browser or an extension without affecting your ability to buy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the store — currently Stripe for payments, our email provider for order confirmations, and our hosting provider.
Your rights
Write to support@wordweave.shop and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which means we cannot always delete a completed purchase on request.
